45 days after the homeowner signs, once the work is confirmed, your reward is ready to claim. Claim it within 45 days; Clarity lists claimed rewards on the 15th of the next month and a real person sends your check or bank transfer.

Your link is remembered for 30 days. When a new homeowner verifies their email and phone in that time, the earliest valid origin wins and is permanently locked to their account — nobody can overwrite it later.
Rewards are for genuinely new customers. An account that already exists keeps its original record, so it can’t be claimed again.
No. Anyone can sign up as an affiliate. Members already on the network sign in and join from their referrals area instead.
